Common Issue means: Did the Settling Defendants conspire to fix, raise, maintain or stabilize the price of, or allocate markets and customers of, Linear Resistors directly or indirectly in Canada during the Class Period? If so, what damages, if any, did Settlement Class Members suffer?

Common Issue means an issue, policy or other matter on which the LHINs want or are required by the Ministry, to have a common position. In the absence of agreement, an issue, policy or other matter will be deemed to be a Common Issue, and subject to the provisions of subsection 15.2 with the support of at least two-thirds of the LHINs.
