Cumulative Rights and Waiver. The failure or delay of the Lender to require performance by the Borrower or to enforce its rights under any provision of this Agreement shall not affect its right to require performance and to enforce its rights with respect to such provision unless and until such performance has been waived in writing by the Lender. Any waiver of an Event of Default shall be effective only in accordance with its terms and may be restricted or conditioned in any way. No waiver of any event of Default shall constitute a waiver of continuance or reoccurrence of such Event of Default or of any other Event of Default except as provided in such waiver. The rights granted to the Lender hereunder or under any other document or instrument delivered hereunder and any rights available to it at law or in equity shall be cumulative and may be exercised in part or in whole from time to time.
Cumulative Rights and Waiver. The rights and remedies of the PARTIES to this Agreement are cumulative and not alternative. Neither the failure nor any delay by any party in exercising any right, power, or privilege under this Agreement or the documents referred to in this Agreement will operate as a waiver of such right, power, or privilege, and no single or partial exercise of any such right, power, or privilege will preclude any other or further exercise of such right, power, or privilege.

The rights granted to the Lender hereunder, under the Note, the Security Agreement or under any other document or instrument delivered hereunder, and any rights available to it at law or in equity, shall be cumulative and may be exercised in part or in whole from time to time.
Cumulative Rights and Waiver. 21.1 The rights herein given to either Party may be exercised from time to time, singularly or in combination and unless otherwise expressly provided are not exclusive of any rights or remedies provided by law. 2l.2 The failure or delay of either Party to insist upon the striet performanee by the other Party of any term, provision or condition of this Agreement or to exercise any right or remedy under this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver or relinquishment in the future of the sarne or any other term, provision or eondition hereof.
