Cross Utilization. Personnel of the Law Enforcement Division or Peace Officer unit shall not perform work or duties of the personnel assigned to the Corrections Division, except where they interface as described in this section, unless circumstances requiring immediate assistance occur or an emergency situation exists. Correspondingly no personnel of the Corrections Division shall perform duties of the Law Enforcement Division.
