Common use of CRISP Responsibilities as to CRISP Services Clause in Contracts

CRISP Responsibilities as to CRISP Services. x. XXXXX will provide Participant with access to CRISP Services. CRISP may establish additional Terms of Use, including those required by the Licensed Technology Provider with respect to Licensed Services, that are consistent with the Licensed Technology Agreement with CRISP from time-to-time by posting on the CRISP Website. Any such Terms of Use will be deemed incorporated into this Agreement by reference as of the date of posting.
