Creation of New. Job(s) Any new bargaining unit job(s) created by changes in medical procedures shall be offered to present employees capable of being trained to perform the new or changed job, and the Employer will provide such training. During the training, the rate of pay of the employee will be maintained. To the extent practical, the training herein referred to is on the job, and not to exceed sixty (60) days. Certain specialized jobs may require additional and/or off-site training.
