Covenants of the Commission. Section 6.01 Punctual Payment and Performance. The Commission will punctually pay the principal of and the interest on (and redemption premiums, if any to become due on) its Obligations hereunder in strict conformity with the terms of the Act, the Indenture and such Obligations, and will faithfully observe and perform all of the agreements and covenants contained in the Indenture and such Obligations.
