Common use of Courtesy Clerks Clause in Contracts

Courtesy Clerks. Effective January 1, 2016, for a stability period, the term “eligible employee” shall mean a Courtesy Clerk who has averaged at least thirty (30) hours per week during the applicable measurement period, as described in Section 19.07. Such employee will be eligible for Plan 3.
