Premium Hours. It is the intent of the parties hereto that the overtime premium hours shall be kept equal within eight (8) hours for day workers and sixteen (16) hours for shift workers. No employee shall work more than sixteen (16) continuous hours except in emergency situations where other qualified personnel are not available. For purposes of this Section, “emergency situations” will be determined by management.
Premium Hours. Premium rates of pay set forth herein shall apply to all work performed by employees during premium time hours, as follows:
Premium Hours. (1) All work performed before 7:00 A. M. or after 10:00 P. M. shall be premium time, and shall be paid for at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times the employee's regular rate of pay.

Premium Hours. Time and one-half (1 1/2) overtime premium will be paid under any of the following previously authorized conditions:
Premium Hours. 4.04.1 All work performed before 4:00 a.m. or after 11:00 p.m. shall be premium time and shall be paid for at the employee's regular straight-time rate plus a thirty cent (30¢) per hour premium. For those stores closing to the public at 11:00 p.m., to facilitate closing the store, schedules may be set for those employees designated, to complete their shift at fifteen (15) minutes after 11:00 p.m. without applying premium night scales.
Premium Hours. Time and one-half (1 1/2) will be paid under the following conditions:
