Course Preparations. 1. The Board agrees to exert every effort to avoid a situation from occurring where a teacher might be requested, on a voluntary basis, to accept a regular academic assignment over and above the maximum established in this Article. 2. a. The Board shall not assign more than three (3) different course preparations concurrently (e.g. 6 week course, 10 week course, semester/trimester, marking period) and no middle or high school teacher shall be assigned more than six (6) course preparations in a school year.
