County’s Contract Project Monitor. 6.4.1 The role of County's Contract Project Monitor include: 6.4.1.1 verifying Contractor's compliance with the requirements of this Contract; 6.4.1.2 overseeing and monitoring the delivery of Services; however, in no event shall Contractor's obligation to fully satisfy all of the requirements of this Contract be relieved, excused or limited thereby; 6.4.1.3 ensuring that the objectives of this Contract are met.
