County Right to Suspend Services. Upon written notice, the County may suspend performance of this Contract if Contractor has failed to comply with Federal, State, or Local laws, or any requirements contained in this Contract. The right to suspend services is in addition to the County’s right to terminate and/or cancel this Contract. The County shall incur no penalty, expense, or liability to Contractor if the County suspends services under this Section.
