Contractor Provided Insurance. 6.2.1. At all times during this Contract, Contractor shall obtain and maintain insurance according to the specifications indicated in Exhibit II.
Contractor Provided Insurance. 6.2.1. At all times during this Contract, including renewals or extensions, Contractor shall obtain and maintain insurance according to the specifications indicated in Exhibit I: Contractor Insurance Requirements.
Contractor Provided Insurance. Contractor shall provide the following insurance no later than the times specified in SECTION 6.4(B) (Preconditions to Milestone payments) with the indicated limits, with its insurance carriers, naming Owner as an additional insured and shall maintain such insurance in full force and effect until Take Over. In the event this insurance or any portion of it becomes commercially unavailable on commercially reasonable rates and terms Owner and Contractor shall cooperate in their efforts to obtain such replacement insurance as may be available and this EPC Contract shall be modified accordingly:

Contractor Provided Insurance. If the DB Contractor maintain broader coverage and/or higher limits than the minimums shown below, the District requires and shall be entitled to the broader coverage and/or the higher limits maintained by the DB Contractor. Any available insurance proceeds in excess of the specified minimum limits of insurance and coverage shall be available to the District of Columbia. The DB Contractor shall procure, at its own expense, insurance acceptable to the District, as described herein, and shall maintain such insurance, as specified herein, in accordance with the requirements stated in this Section 11, or as otherwise Approved by the District at its sole discretion.
Contractor Provided Insurance. 1. A Project Specific Insurance (“PSI, PLP or Solar”) Program may be implemented for a project under this Agreement, wherein all designated Subcontractors and Subcontractors of any tier (“Subcontractors”) will be required to participate as further described in this Attachment and in the accompanying PSI, PLP or Solar (“Manual”). You will be notified of this insurance program by Contractor. You may request copies of program policies for further details of coverage.
Contractor Provided Insurance. From the date on which the Work is to commence pursuant to the Notice to Proceed, Contractor shall provide the following insurance with the indicated limits, with insurance carriers and in form reasonably satisfactory to Concessionaire and VDOT, and shall maintain such insurance in full force and effect until Final Completion; provided, however, that Contractor shall provide all types of Liability insurance coverage required under this Article 14 and Workers’ Compensation Coverage for all periods during which Contractor or any of its agents, subcontractors or employees enters onto the Project Site and provided, further, that such Liability insurance coverage and Worker’s Compensation Coverage shall continue in full force and effect during the Warranty Period and Contractor shall provide Completed Operations Coverage and Commercial General Liability (“CGL”) and certify to Concessionaire and the Financing Parties that such Completed Operations Coverage and CGL will be in effect for a period of three (3) years after the end of the Warranty Period.
