Counterparts and Electronic Signing. This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. Additionally, this Agreement may be signed electronically by exchanging signed PDF versions or by using an electronic signature platform which meets the European Union requirements for valid electronic signatures (such as DocuSign®).

Counterparts and Electronic Signing. (a) Each Finance Document may be executed in any number of counterparts, and this has the same effect as if the signatures on the counterparts were on a single copy of the Finance Document.
Counterparts and Electronic Signing. The parties may sign any number of copies of this Supplemental Indenture for Additional Guarantees. Each signed copy shall be an original, but all of them together represent the same agreement. The exchange of copies of the Indenture and of signature pages by facsimile or PDF transmission shall constitute effective execution and delivery of the Indenture as to the parties hereto and may be used in lieu of the original Supplemental Indenture and signature pages for all purposes. Each party hereto shall be entitled to conclusively rely upon, and shall have no liability with respect to, any electronic signature or faxed, scanned, or photocopied manual signature of any other party and shall have no duty to investigate, confirm or otherwise verify the validity or authenticity thereof. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original, but such counterparts shall, together, constitute only one instrument. Notwithstanding the foregoing, with respect to any notice provided for in this Agreement or any instrument required or permitted to be delivered hereunder, any party hereto receiving or relying upon such notice or instrument shall be entitled to request execution thereof by original manual signature as a condition to the effectiveness thereof.
