Counterparts and Effectiveness. This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts and by the different parties on separate counterparts and each such counterpart shall be deemed to be an original, but all such counterparts shall together constitute but one and the same Amendment. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page of this Amendment by telecopy or electronic delivery (including by .pdf) shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Amendment.
