Cost Principles. The Subrecipient shall administer its program in conformance with OMB Circulars 2 CFR Part 200. Subrecipient shall maintain complete and accurate records with respect to all costs and expenses incurred under this Contract. All such records shall be clearly identifiable. Subrecipient shall allow a representative of the Grantee during normal business hours to examine, audit and make transcripts or copies of such records and any other documents created pursuant to this Contract.
