Common use of - Cost of Living Allowance Fold-In Clause in Contracts

- Cost of Living Allowance Fold-In. (a) effective October 1st, 2008, the average of the hourly Cost of Living Allowance rates which were paid pursuant to Section 35.3 of the new Collective Agreements during each month up to and including September 2008 will be determined by calculating the sum of the rates during each such month and dividing this amount by twelve (12). Such average rate will then be added to the regular hourly rate.

- Cost of Living Allowance Fold-In. (a) effective October 1st, 20082003, the average of the hourly Cost of Living Allowance rates which were paid pursuant to Section 35.3 37.3 of the new Collective Agreements during each month up to and including September 2008 2003 will be determined by calculating the sum of the rates during each such month and dividing this amount by twelve (12). Such average rate will then be added to the regular hourly rate.

- Cost of Living Allowance Fold-In. (a) effective October Effective April 1st, 20082005, the average of the hourly Cost of Living Allowance rates which were paid pursuant to Section 35.3 31.3 of the new Collective Agreements Agreement during each month up to and including September 2008 March 2005 will be determined by calculating the sum of the rates during each such month and dividing this amount by twelve (12). Such average rate will then be added to the regular hourly rate.

- Cost of Living Allowance Fold-In. (a) effective October 1st, 2008, September 2003 the average of the hourly Cost of Living Allowance rates which were paid pursuant to Section 35.3 23.3 of the new Collective Agreements during each month up to and including September 2008 August 2004 will be determined by calculating the sum of the rates during each such month and dividing this amount by twelve (12). Such average rate will then be added to the regular hourly rate.;

- Cost of Living Allowance Fold-In. (a) effective October 1st, 20082003, the average of the hourly Cost of Living Allowance rates which were paid pursuant to Section 35.3 of the new Collective Agreements during each month up to and including September 2008 2003 will be determined by calculating the sum of the rates during each such month and dividing this amount by twelve (12). Such average rate will then be added to the regular hourly rate.
