CORRECTIVE DISCIPLINE, RESIGNATION, DISMISSAL, NON-RENEWAL, AND TERMINATION. 6-1 Just Cause No Bargaining unit member will be disciplined, suspended, reduced in rank or compensation, adversely evaluated, transferred, dismissed, or otherwise deprived of any professional advantage without just cause.
