Corporate Eligibility Certification. If the Service Provider is a corporation, the Service Provider certifies and declares by signing this Agreement that it is eligible to contract with the State of California pursuant to the California Taxpayer and Shareholder Protection Act of 2003 (Public Contract Code Section 10286, et seq.).
