Copy of Annual Budget Request. The University shall make available to the Union within ten (10) days of the publication of the documents, such information and data (including the annual audited financial report and a copy of the annual budget request approved by the Board of Trustees for submission to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania) in the sole possession of the University’s administration, pertaining to salary, sources of funding, and hours, and other terms and conditions of employment, as are necessary for the negotiation and implementation of this Agreement.
