Copy Machine. 1. There shall be a working copier in each teacher’s lounge/workroom in order that teachers can make masters. All effort will be made to keep the copiers in working order. The number of master copies on the copier in the teacher’s workroom will be 12,000 per teacher per school year. Additional copies may be grated to sponsors/lead teachers/head coaches/etc., with appropriate justification and documentation of used copies with building administrator and Superintendent’s approval. Copies may not be accumulated from year-to-year.
Copy Machine. USofCC shall have reasonable access to a copy machine for USofCC business, at no cost, in a reasonable location for use consistent with College policy and procedures. USofCC shall bear the cost of copy paper.
Copy Machine. The Union shall have reasonable access to a copy machine for Union business, at no cost, in a reasonable location for use consistent with College policy and procedures.
Copy Machine. The Board agrees to allow the Federation to use the copying machines for Federation business with the Federation providing the paper and other copy supplies.

Contractor represents and warrants that Contractor is registered in Washington’s Electronic Business Solution (WEBS), Washington’s contract registration system and that, all of Contractor’s information therein is current and accurate and that throughout the term of this Contract, Contractor shall maintain an accurate profile in WEBS.

  • Catalog Information about Hawthorn University is published in a school catalog that contains a description of certain policies, procedures, and other information about the school. Hawthorn University reserves the right to change any provision of the catalog at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated in a revised catalog, an addendum or supplement to the catalog, or other written format. Students are expected to read and be familiar with the information contained in the school catalog, in any revisions, supplements and addenda to the catalog, and with all school policies. By enrolling in Hawthorn University, the student agrees to abide by the terms stated in the catalog and all school policies.

  • Video Display Terminals ‌ The Employer shall ensure that any new office equipment or facility required for use in conjunction with VDTs shall meet the standards recommended by the Workers' Compensation Board.
