Copies of the Contracts, Etc. TARC shall deliver to the Construction Supervisor and, upon the request of the Disbursement Agent or TEC, to the Disbursement Agent or TEC (i) as promptly as practicable, and in any event no later than five (5) Business Days after the execution thereof, copies of any contract for work or materials for the Project, or series of related contracts for substantially the same work or materials, with payments in an amount equal to or in excess of $100,000, together with all amendments and modifications thereto, and, upon the request of the Disbursement Agent, TEC or the Construction Supervisor, copies of any other contracts for work or materials for the Project, and (ii) as promptly as practicable, copies of all work permits, building permits and other required permits.

  • Complete Copies of Materials The Company has delivered or made available true and complete copies of each document (or summaries of same) that has been requested by Parent or its counsel.

  • COPIES OF CORPORATE DOCUMENTS The Fund will furnish the Manager promptly with properly certified or authenticated copies of amendments or supplements to its Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws. Also, the Fund will furnish the Manager financial and other corporate information as needed, and otherwise cooperate fully with the Manager in its efforts to carry out its duties and responsibilities under this Agreement.
