Common use of Copies of Contract Clause in Contracts

Copies of Contract. Three (3) copies of a contract shall be given to the Employee each year for signature. One is to be retained by the Employee, and two (2) copies are returned to the Board for ratification. One (1) of these copies is returned to the Employee. The remaining copy is placed in the Employee’s personnel file.
