Common use of COPE Clause in Contracts

COPE. The Employer agrees to deduct and transmit to SEIU Healthcare Minnesota COPE contributions on a per pay period basis from the wages of those employees who voluntarily authorize such contributions on the forms provided for that purpose by SEIU Healthcare Minnesota. The transmittals shall occur monthly and shall be accompanied by a list of the names of those employees for whom such deductions have been made and the amount deducted for each employee.
