Converting TOIL credits to annual leave. Where an EL employee has taken at least five days TOIL and five days annual leave in the previous 12 month period and has TOIL credits in excess of five days as at 1 July, the delegate may approve conversion of up to five days of TOIL to annual leave per year. This election must be made before 1 July. TOIL will be converted to annual leave on an hour-for-hour basis.

  • Entitlement to Annual Leave For each year of service with the Employer a full-time or part-time Employee is entitled to four (4) weeks of paid annual leave.
