Conversion of Unused Vacation Days. Employees who have banked vacation days remaining at the beginning of the subsequent vacation selection process, shall have the option of converting unused banked vacation days into sick leave. Such conversion will be effective on January 1. Until December 31 said banked vacation days shall be available for use as vacation time.
