The Design-Builder will be solely liable and responsible for:: all design and all construction means, methods, techniques, sequences and procedures with respect to the Work; and coordinating all parts of the Work under this Agreement and for coordinating the Work with work of Subcontractors and, in accordance with Section 22.2, with work of Other Contractors, in accordance with generally accepted management and supervisory practices in British Columbia.
