Contracts With Affiliates and Certain Others. Company has no agreement, understanding, contract or commitment (written or oral) with any Affiliate or any employee, agent, consultant, distributor, dealer or franchisee that is not cancelable by Company on notice of not longer than 30 days without liability, penalty or premium of any nature or kind whatsoever.

Seller has no agreement, understanding, contract or commitment (written or oral) with any Affiliate or officer, employee, independent contractor, agent, consultant, distributor, blood bank depository, transfusion service, blood collection center or Mobile Unit that is not cancelable by Seller on notice of not longer than 30 days without cause, liability, penalty or premium of any nature or kind whatsoever.
Contracts With Affiliates and Certain Others. Except as set forth on Schedule 5.11(e) of the Disclosure Schedule, Company has no agreement, understanding, contract or commitment (written or oral) in connection with or affecting the Business or the Purchased Assets with any Affiliate or any other officer, employee, agent, consultant, distributor or dealer that is not cancelable by Company on notice of not longer than 30 days without liability, penalty or premium of any nature or kind whatsoever.

Company has no agreement, understanding, contract or commitment (written or oral) with any Affiliate or any employee, agent, consultant, distributor, dealer or franchisee that is not immediately cancelable by Company without liability, penalty or premium of any nature or kind whatsoever.

Seller has no agreement, understanding, contract or commitment (written or oral) in connection with or affecting the Business or the Purchased Assets with any Affiliate or any other officer, employee, agent, consultant, distributor, dealer or franchisee.

Except as set forth on Disclosure Schedule 4.7(e), the Company has no agreement, understanding, contract or commitment (written or oral) in connection with or affecting the Company, the Business, the Centers or the Purchased Assets with any Affiliate or any other officer, employee, agent, consultant, distributor, dealer or franchisee.
Contracts With Affiliates and Certain Others. Except as set forth in Schedule 4.11.(b), neither Company nor the Subsidiaries have any agreement, understanding, contract or commitment (written or oral) with any Affiliate or any employee, agent, consultant, distributor, dealer, vendor or franchisee that is not cancelable by Company on notice of not longer than ninety (90) days without material liability, penalty or premium of any nature or kind whatsoever.
Contracts With Affiliates and Certain Others. Except as set forth in Section 3.24(c) of the Disclosure Schedule, Seller does not have any agreement, understanding, contract or commitment (written or oral) with any affiliate or any other manager, director, officer, employee, agent, or consultant that is not cancelable by Seller on notice of not longer than 30 days without liability, penalty or premium of any nature or kind whatsoever.
Contracts With Affiliates and Certain Others. Except as set forth in Schedule 3.13.(d), neither Company nor any Subsidiary has any agreement, understanding, contract or commitment (written or oral) with any Affiliate or any employee, agent, consultant, distributor, dealer or franchisee that is not immediately cancelable by Company without liability, penalty or premium of any nature or kind whatsoever.
Contracts With Affiliates and Certain Others. Except as disclosed in SCHEDULE 3.15.4 of the Disclosure Letter attached hereto, PWBV has no agreement, understanding, contract or commitment (written or oral) with any Affiliate or any employee, agent, consultant, distributor, dealer or franchisee that is not cancelable by PWBV on notice of not longer than thirty (30) days without liability, penalty or premium of any nature or kind whatsoever. No Affiliate has any direct or indirect interest in (a) any entity which does business with PWBV or is competitive with PWBV's business, or (b) any property, asset or right which is used by PWBV in the conduct of its business.
