Common use of Contracts Administration Clause in Contracts

Contracts Administration. Contractor must notify the designated Procurement Officer from the City’s Procurement Office for guidance or direction of matters of Contract interpretation or problems regarding the terms, conditions or scope of this Contract. The Contract shall contain the entire agreement between the City and the Contractor and the Contract shall prevail over any and all previous agreements, contracts, proposals, negotiations, purchase orders or master agreements in any form.
