Common use of Contractor’s Warranties and Guaranties Clause in Contracts

Contractor’s Warranties and Guaranties. Landlord hereby assigns to Tenant all warranties and guaranties by the contractor who constructs the Tenant Improvements (the “Contractor”) relating to the Tenant Improvements, and Tenant hereby waives all claims against Landlord relating to or arising out of the design and construction of the Tenant Improvements and/or Non-Conforming Tenant Improvements. Landlord shall obtain commercially reasonable warranties and guaranties from the Contractor.

Landlord shall obtain commercially reasonable warranties and guaranties from the Contractorexpress provisions hereof.

Landlord shall obtain commercially reasonable ; provided that prior to the expiration of such warranties and guaranties from guaranties, Tenant's waiver shall only be to the Contractorextent covered by such warranties and guaranties.

Landlord shall obtain commercially reasonable warranties and guaranties from the Contractor.

Landlord hereby agrees to obtain a market standard construction warranty from Contractor for the Tenant Improvements. Landlord shall obtain commercially reasonable warranties and guaranties from the Contractor.

Landlord hereby assigns agrees to assign to Tenant to the extent assignable and to the extent reasonably necessary to allow Tenant to pursue the particular claim against the Contractor, all warranties and guaranties by the contractor who constructs the Tenant Improvements (the “"Contractor”") relating to the Tenant Improvements, and Tenant hereby waives all claims against Landlord relating to to, or arising out of the design and construction of of, the Tenant Improvements and/or Non-Conforming Tenant Improvements. Landlord shall obtain commercially reasonable warranties and guaranties from the Contractor.
