Contractor’s Office. ‌ Contractor must maintain an office with a telephone in the company’s name where Contractor conducts business. The office must be staffed during the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding County-recognized holidays by at least one employee who can respond to inquiries and complaints which may be received about the Contractor’s performance of the Contract.
