Common use of Contractors and Their Employees Clause in Contracts

Contractors and Their Employees. Consultant contractors shall file a Statement of Economic Interests, Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) Form 700 prior to commencing services under the Agreement, annually during the life of the Agreement, and within thirty (30) days after the expiration of the Agreement. Other service contractors and/or certain of their employees may be required to file a Form 700 if so requested by the CDCR or whenever it appears that a conflict of interest may be at issue. Generally, service contractors (other than consultant contractors required to file as above) and their employees shall be required to file an FPPC Form 700 if one of the following exists:
