Contractor Workshops. Developer, the Agency and the City shall together conduct workshops to address matters related to the construction industry such as worksite safety matters, accounting procedures, legal, insurance, labor matters and other topics. Developer shall solicit requests from contractors in BVHP for additional topics of interest.
