Technical Assistance Program. Contractor shall provide ongoing technical assistance for Commercial and Multi-family generators in it’s service area that are required to participate in source separated recycling under applicable laws including AB 341, AB 1826, and SB 1383 and corresponding regulations. Technical assistance may include on-site training, instructional guides, printed or electronic materials and other resources that satisfy regulation requirements.
Technical Assistance Program. Under the Community Benefits Agreement, Developer has implemented (and is required thereunder to continue to implement or cause to be implemented) a Technical Assistance Program (as defined in the Community Benefits Agreement). Vertical Developer shall reasonably cooperate with Developer in the implementation of the Technical Assistance Program with respect to the Project as follows:

Contamination Monitoring: Contractor shall perform contamination inspections by utilizing on-board monitoring systems or physical container inspections. For physical container inspections, Contractor’s personnel shall lift the Container lid and observe the contents. For Collection vehicles equipped with a video camera and monitoring system, Contractor’s personnel shall observe, via the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ video camera and monitoring system, the contents of the Containers as the materials are emptied into the vehicle. Upon finding Prohibited Container Contaminants in a Container, Contractor shall follow the contamination noticing procedures set forth below.

Technical Assistance Program. Provision of technical assistance related to low income land and housing solutions, which includes, inter alia, a framework for public-private and private operations, a real estate development business model, land management framework, land market and infrastructure assessments, feasibility studies for capital market access and feasibility studies for models for public housing interventions.

The Technical Assistance Program shall consist of specific programs, studies, and other projects of technical assistance within the framework of the cooperative program referred to in Recital (C) of the Preamble to this Agreement, for which the Recipient wishes to obtain analytical, technical and advisory services subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Section 2.03. The Consultants are expected to commence their services on March 1, 1995 and to provide a total of 48 person-months of service between that time and December 31, 1996.

  • Technical Assistance DFPS may provide informal support, guidance, clarification, and other forms of technical assistance via phone, email, and virtual meeting to resolve Grant or performance compliance issues. Grantee will document all such instances of technical assistance by DFPS in writing, including any implementation work.

  • Employee Assistance Program Neither the fact of an employee's participation in an employee assistance program, nor information generated by participation in the program, shall be used as a reason for discipline under this Article, except for information relating to an employee's failure to participate in an employee assistance program consistent with the terms to which the employee and the University have agreed.

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Section 1. The Employer agrees to provide to the Union the statistical and program evaluation information provided to management concerning Employee Assistance Program(s). Section 2. No information gathered by an Employee Assistance Program may be used to discipline an employee. Section 3. Employees shall be entitled to use accrued sick leave for participation in an Employee Assistance Program. Section 4. Each university will offer training to local Union Stewards on the Employee Assistance Program available in their university, on university time, where an Employee Assistance Program is available.

  • Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) Consulting Teachers (CT) will be assigned to all new teachers with no prior teaching experience and tenured teachers rated ineffective on the qualitative measures at the end of the previous school year and recommended by the PAR Panel.   • Employee Assistance Programs Consistent with the University's Employee Assistance Program, employees participating in an employee assistance program who receive a notice of layoff may continue to participate in that program for a period of ninety (90) days following the layoff.
