Common use of CONTRACTOR TRAINING Clause in Contracts

CONTRACTOR TRAINING. Contractor has a duty to ensure Workers are properly trained in the execution of this Contract in all job specific Compliance Requirements. Such training must include, but not be limited to: (a) The use of chemicals, supplies and equipment applicable to the Work; (b) The Hazardous Waste Management Plan and the appropriate handling of Hazardous Materials. (c) All appropriate safety and storm water related training as required by job type; (d) Stormwater Compliance Certification;
