CONTRACTOR TRAINING Sample Clauses
The CONTRACTOR TRAINING clause requires the contractor to provide training to personnel involved in the performance of the contract. This typically involves ensuring that staff are adequately instructed on relevant procedures, safety protocols, or the use of specific equipment necessary for the project. By mandating such training, the clause helps ensure that all personnel are competent and compliant with required standards, thereby reducing the risk of errors, accidents, or non-compliance during contract execution.
