Contractor Employee-Related Expenses. All Contractor Employees shall be employed at the Contractor's sole expense (including employment-related taxes and insurance) and the Contractor warrants that all Contractor Employees shall fully comply with and adheres to all of the terms of this Contract. The Contractor shall be solely and completely liable for any and all applicable Contractor Employee's federal, state, or local payment withholdings or contributions and/or any and all Contractor Employee related pension or welfare benefits plan contribution under federal or state law. The Contractor shall indemnify and hold the County harmless for all Claims against the County by any Contractor Employee, arising out of any contract for hire or employer-employee relationship between the Contractor and any Contractor Employee, including, but not limited to, Worker's Compensation, disability pay or other insurance of any kind.

  • Policy Grievance – Employer Grievance The Employer may institute a grievance alleging a general misinterpretation or violation by the Union or any employee by filing a written grievance with the Bargaining Unit President, with a copy to the Labour Relations Officer within twenty (20) days after the circumstances have occurred. A meeting will be held between the parties within ten (10) days. The Union shall reply within ten (10) days after the meeting, and failing settlement, the matter may be referred to arbitration.

  • Contractor Employee Conduct The Contractor’s employees shall adhere to the standards of conduct prescribed in the Customer’s personnel policy and procedure guidelines, particularly rules of conduct, security procedures, and any other applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the Customer. The Contractor shall ensure that the Contractor’s employees wear attire suitable for the position, either a standard uniform or business casual dress.

  • Removal of Contractor Employee All employees of the Engineer assigned to this contract shall have such knowledge and experience as will enable them to perform the duties assigned to them. The State may instruct the Engineer to remove any employee from association with work authorized in this contract if, in the sole opinion of the State, the work of that employee does not comply with the terms of this contract or if the conduct of that employee becomes detrimental to the work.

  • Supervisory Employees For the purposes of this Article, the parties agree that Supervisory positions are those that are not excluded under Article 2.0 above and that satisfy the following criteria:

  • Group Grievance Where a number of employees have identical grievances and each employee would be entitled to grieve separately they may present a group grievance in writing signed by each employee who is grieving to the Administrator or her designate within ten (10) days after the circumstances giving rise to the grievance have occurred or ought reasonably to have come to the attention of the employee(s). The grievance shall then be treated as being initiated at Step No. 1 and the applicable provisions of this Article shall then apply with respect to the processing of such grievance.
