Common use of Contractor Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Contractor Cooperation. (a) Contractor agrees to conduct all of its services under this Contract by and through appropriate communications with the TFC Contract Administrator. No work, installation or other services shall be undertaken by Contractor except with the prior written direction of the TFC Contract Administrator.
