Common use of Contractor Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Contractor Cooperation. (a) Contractor agrees to conduct all of its services under this Contract by and through appropriate communications with the Contract Administrator. No work, installation or other services shall be undertaken by Contractor except with the prior written direction of the Contract Administrator. (b) Contractor understands and agrees that work, installation or any other service performed without the prior written direction of the Contract Administrator is work outside the scope of this Contract and shall be performed exclusively at Contractor’s risk. (c) Contractor agrees to employ competent personnel meeting the requirements outlined in the specifications, who shall be satisfactory to TFC. Personnel assigned to perform services under this Contract may not be reassigned without the prior written approval by the Contract Administrator. (d) Contractor agrees to cooperate and coordinate its work and services with that of other service providers retained by TFC. Upon discovery of an apparent conflict in the sequencing of work or service with another service provider, Contractor shall report the concern to the Contract Administrator who will resolve the conflict.

No work, installation or other services shall be undertaken by Contractor except with the prior written direction of the TFC Contract Administrator.
