Common use of Contract variations Clause in Contracts

Contract variations. 6.1 The Trust may propose and agree with the Consultant changes to the Consultancy Services during the Contract Term. Such changes may entail additional or reduced Consultancy Services. Any such changes together with any consequential variation to the Contract Charges must be agreed in writing and signed by the authorised representatives of each of the Parties. 6.2 If the Parties are unable to agree a change to the Consultancy Services, either Party may require the disagreement to be dealt with in accordance with Clause 20 or agree to continue with the provision of the Consultancy Services without change. 6.3 There shall be no variation to any other part of the Contract without agreement between the Parties in writing signed by the authorised representatives of the Parties.
