Performance Pending Resolution. Each party shall be required to continue to perform its respective obligations under the Loan Documents pending final resolution of any Dispute, unless to do so would be impossible or impracticable under the circumstances.
Performance Pending Resolution. If the Parties are unable to agree on certain aspects of any Contract Variation, at the request of the Developer, the Contractor shall continue to perform, pending resolution of the relevant matter, this Contract as provisionally modified by such terms of the relevant Contract Variation as to which the Parties have evidenced their agreement in a writing signed by both Parties.
