ADDENDA AND EXHIBITS Attached hereto is an Addendum or Addenda consisting of Paragraphs 49 through 55, and Exhibits A through B, all of which constitute a part of this Lease.
Alternative Work Schedules Employees may request alternative work schedules such as a nine (9) day - 80 hour two week schedule or a four (4) day - 40 hour week schedule. Management will respond to an employee's request within 15 calendar days. Any changes from existing work schedules will be based on the needs of the service as determined by Management. Employees covered by the Fair Labor Standards Act will not be placed on alternate work schedules that mandate the payment of overtime under the Act.
Construction Contract Documents The Construction Contract Documents shall consist of the plans and specifications prepared by the Engineer, and any addenda and change orders thereto, and the Owner-Contractor Agreement, all of which shall be compatible and consistent with this Agreement.
AMENDED EXHIBIT A The Fund Accounting Agreement is hereby amended by changing the name of T. Rowe Price Capital Appreciation Fund to T. Rowe Price Capital Appreciation Fund, Inc.; by changing the name of T. Rowe Price Equity Income Fund to T. Rowe Price Equity Income Fund, Inc.; by changing the name of T. Rowe Price GNMA Fund to T. Rowe Price GNMA Fund, Inc.; by changing the name of T. Rowe Price New America Growth Fund to T. Rowe Price New America Growth Fund, Inc.; by changing the name of T. Rowe Price State Tax-Free Income Trust to T. Work Schedules Workweeks and work shifts of different numbers of hours may be established by the Employer in order to meet business and customer service needs, as long as the work schedules meet federal and state laws.
