Common use of Contract Extension Option Clause in Contracts

Contract Extension Option. The City has the option to extend the term of this Contract for two additional 12-month terms or a single additional 24- month term beyond the 60--month term set forth above, subject to acceptable performance by the Consultant and contingent upon the appropriation of sufficient funds for the procurement of services provided for in this Contract.
