Contract Discrepancy Report (CDR) - As used herein, the term. Contract Discrepancy Report" shall mean a report prepared by the County’s Project Director to inform the Contractor of faulty service. The CDR requires a response from the Contractor within ten (10) days from date of receipt, or as otherwise specified by the Administrator, explaining the problem, outlining the remedial action being taken to resolve the problem, and how recurrence of the problem will be prevented.
