Common use of Continuous Overtime Clause in Contracts

Continuous Overtime. Overtime continuously following a session, during which five (5) additional minutes of music may or may not be recorded for each forty (40) minutes of such overtime shall be paid for at the rate of one-third of the rate applicable to the minimum call session. Each call must be for a specific and guaranteed period of time, which may be extended; although no musician shall be obligated to more than forty (40) additional minutes of continuous overtime without consent.
