Continuous Operation. It is understood and agreed that work shall provide for a continuous operation Monday through Sunday. Also, a weekend is defined as Saturday and Sunday. For the purpose of this provision, “weekend” shall mean a consecutive Saturday and Sunday assuring a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours off duty.
