Common use of Continuation of Payment Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Payment. An employee shall have the option of continuing his coverage in 24.01 and 24.02 on the cost sharing basis between the Employer and the employee as provided for in these plans for a period of two (2) months provided the insurer will provide coverage and the employee has made appropriate arrangements with the Employer.

Continuation of Payment. An employee shall have the option of continuing his coverage in 24.01 Articles 25.01 and 24.02 25.02 on the cost sharing basis between the Employer and the employee Employee as provided for in these plans for a period of two (2) months provided the insurer will provide coverage and the employee has made appropriate arrangements with the Employermonths.

Continuation of Payment. An employee shall have the option of continuing his coverage in 24.01 23.01 and 24.02 23.02 on the cost sharing basis between the Employer and the employee as provided for in these plans for a period of two (2) months provided months.
