Contest of Accuracy of Charges. In the event that the Agency contests the accuracy of any statement submitted to it pursuant to subdivision (e) of this article, it shall give the State notice thereof at least ten (10) days prior to the day upon which payment of the stated amounts is due. To the extent that the State finds the Agency’s contentions regarding the statement to be correct, it shall revise the statement accordingly, and the Agency shall make payment of the revised amounts on or before the due date.
