The Xxxxxxx Company is capable of providing contents cleaning and decontamination on all applicable restoration projects involving water, smoke, fire, and mold damage. Depending upon the situation, Xxxxxxx can provide on-site or off site contents cleaning, as well as storage services during the reconstruction phase of the project. With a 60,000 square foot storage facility located at our corporate office, the Xxxxxxx Company has the means to not only facilitate the transportation of any materials or items requested by the district as a result of a catastrophic event, but also a secure location to store contents while re-construction is in progress. Xxxxxxx Company has developed an internal inventory management system that we utilize when handling contents.

Disposal costs from this latter location shall be borne by Department. Concessionaire shall provide such additional trash containers as may be required to keep the immediate Concession Premises clean at all times. The type of trash containers provided by Concessionaire shall be approved by Department prior to use.
