Content and Form of Application Submission. After you electronically submit your application, you will receive an acknowledgement from ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ that contains a ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ tracking number. HHS will retrieve your application package from ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.
