Common use of Consulting Fee Clause in Contracts

Consulting Fee. The Company shall pay the consultant the sum of six thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($6,250) per month (prorated for any partial month), which shall be paid in arrears in two installments of three thousand one hundred twenty-five dollars ($3,125) each on the 15th and 30th day of each calendar month.

Consulting Fee. Consulting Fee. The Company shall pay the consultant the sum of six fifteen thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($6,25015,000.00) per month (prorated for any partial month), which shall be paid in arrears in two installments of three seven thousand one five hundred twenty-five dollars and zero cents ($3,1257,500.00) each on the 15th and 30th day of each calendar month.

Consulting Fee. The Company shall pay the consultant the sum of six thousand two hundred fifty dollars Eight Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($6,2508,500) per month (prorated for any partial month), which shall be paid in arrears in two installments of three thousand one hundred twenty-five dollars Four Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($3,1254,250) each on the 15th and 30th day of each calendar month.

Consulting Fee. The Company shall pay the consultant the sum of six eight thousand two three hundred fifty dollars thirty-three 33/100 Dollars ($6,2508,333.33) per month (prorated for any partial month), which shall be paid in arrears in two installments of three four thousand one hundred twentyand sixty-five dollars six 66/100 Dollars ($3,1254,166.66) each on the 15th and 30th day of each calendar month.

Consulting Fee. The Company shall pay the consultant Consultant the sum of eleven thousand six thousand two hundred fifty sixty-six dollars and sixty-six cents ($6,25011,666.66) per month (prorated for any partial month), which shall be paid in arrears in two installments of five thousand eight hundred thirty-three thousand one hundred twentydollars and thirty-five dollars three cents ($3,1255,833.33) each on the 15th and 30th day of each calendar month.

Consulting Fee. The Company shall pay the consultant the sum of six ten thousand two hundred fifty forty-two dollars and thirty cents ($6,25010,242.30) per month (prorated for any partial month), which shall be paid in arrears in two installments of three five thousand one hundred twenty-five one dollars and fifteen cents ($3,1255,121.15) each on the 15th and 30th day of each calendar month.

Consulting Fee. The Company shall pay the consultant the sum of six twenty thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($6,25020,250.00) per month (prorated for any partial month), which shall be paid in arrears in two installments of three ten thousand one hundred twenty-five dollars ($3,12510,125.00) each on the 15th and 30th day of each calendar month.

Consulting Fee. The Company shall pay the consultant the sum of six thousand two eight hundred fifty dollars ($6,2506,850) per month (prorated for any partial month), which shall be paid in arrears in two installments of three thousand one four hundred twenty-twenty five dollars ($3,1253,425) each on the 15th and 30th day of each calendar month.

The Company shall pay the consultant Consultant the sum of six thousand two hundred fifty dollars EIGHTY-FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($6,2508,500) per month (prorated for any partial month), which shall be paid in arrears in two installments of three thousand one hundred twentyFORTY-five dollars TWO HUNDRED & FIFTY DOLLARS ($3,1254,250) each on the 15th and 30th day of each calendar month.

Consulting Fee. The Company shall pay the consultant Consultant the sum of six thousand two hundred fifty dollars SEVENTY-FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($6,2507,500) per month (prorated for any partial month), which shall be paid in arrears in two installments of three thousand one hundred twentyTHIRTY-five dollars SEVEN HUNDRED & FIFTY DOLLARS ($3,1253,750) each on the 15th and 30th day of each calendar month.

The Company shall pay the consultant the sum of six eight thousand two seven hundred fifty dollars ($6,2508,750.00) per month (prorated for any partial month), which shall be paid in arrears in two installments of four thousand three thousand one hundred twenty-seventy five dollars ($3,1254,375.00) each on the 15th and 30th day of each calendar month.

Consulting Fee. The Company shall pay the consultant Consultant the sum of six ten thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($6,25010,000.00) per month (prorated for any partial month), which shall be paid in arrears in two installments of three five thousand one hundred twenty-five dollars ($3,1255,000.00) each on the 15th and 30th day of each calendar month.

Consulting Fee. The Company shall pay the consultant Consultant the sum of six thousand two hundred fifty dollars Eleven Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy-Five Dollars ($6,25011,875.00) per month (prorated for any partial month), which shall be paid in arrears in two installments of three thousand one hundred twentyFive Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirty-five dollars Seven Dollars and Fifty Cents ($3,1255,937.50) each on the 15th and 30th day of each calendar month.

Consulting Fee. The Company shall pay the consultant the sum of six eight thousand two three hundred fifty dollars thirty-three 33/100 Dollars ($6,2508,333.33) per month (prorated for any partial month), which shall be paid in arrears in two installments of three four thousand one hundred twentyand sixty-five dollars six 66/100 Dollars ($3,1254,166.66) each on the 15th and 30th day Day of each calendar month.

Consulting Fee. The Company shall pay the consultant Consultant the sum of six thousand two hundred fifty dollars Twelve Thousand Two-Hundred Ninety One Dollars and Sixty-Eight Cents ($6,25012,291.68) per month (prorated for any partial month), which shall be paid in arrears in two installments of three thousand one hundred twentySix Thousand One Hundred Forty Five Dollars and Eighty-five dollars Four ($3,1256,145.84) each on the 15th and 30th day of each calendar month.

Consulting Fee. The Company shall pay the consultant Consultant the sum of six fourteen thousand two five hundred fifty eighty-three dollars ($6,25014,583) per month (prorated for any partial month), which shall be paid in arrears in two installments of three seven thousand two hundred ninety-one hundred twenty-five dollars and fifty cents ($3,1257,291.50) each on the 15th and 30th day of each calendar month.

Consulting Fee. The Company shall pay the consultant Consultant the sum of six thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($6,250) 7,500.00 per month (prorated for any partial month), which shall be paid in arrears in two installments of three thousand one hundred twenty-five $3750.00 dollars ($3,125) each on the 15th and 30th day of each calendar month. The Co-Managers of the Company will not need to seek further approvals from the Company’s Board of Directors to pay these scheduled amounts from Paragraph 3(a) to the Consultant.

Consulting Fee. The Company shall pay the consultant Consultant the sum of nine thousand one hundred and sixty-six thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($6,2509,166) per month (prorated for any partial month), which shall be paid in arrears in two installments of four thousand five hundred eighty-three thousand one hundred twenty-five dollars ($3,1254,583) each on the 15th and 30th day of each calendar month.

Consulting Fee. The Company shall pay the consultant the sum of six fifteen thousand two eight hundred fifty thirty three dollars and thirty four cents ($6,25015,833.34) per month (prorated for any partial month), which shall be paid in arrears in two installments of three seven thousand one nine hundred twenty-five sixteen dollars and sixty seven cents ($3,1257,916.67) each on the 15th and 30th day of each calendar month.

Consulting Fee. The Company shall pay the consultant the sum of six seven thousand two eight hundred fifty dollars ($6,2507,850) per month (prorated for any partial month), which shall be paid in arrears in two installments of three thousand one nine hundred twenty-and twenty five dollars ($3,1253,925) each on the 15th and 30th day of each calendar month.

Consulting Fee. The Company shall pay the consultant the sum of six eleven thousand two four hundred fifty fifty-eight dollars and thirty-four cents ($6,25011,458.34) per month (prorated for any partial month), which shall be paid in arrears in two installments of three five thousand one seven hundred twenty-five nine dollars and seventeen cents ($3,1255,729.17) each on the 15th and 30th day of each calendar month. Additionally, the Company shall reimburse the consultant for premiums paid by consultant for benefit coverage under the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) during the term of this Agreement.

Consulting Fee. The Company shall pay the consultant Consultant the sum of six thousand two hundred fifty dollars Ten Thousand Dollars ($6,25010,000.00) per month (prorated for any partial month), which shall be paid in arrears in two installments of three thousand one hundred twenty-five dollars Five Thousand Dollars ($3,1255,000.00) each on the 15th and 30th day of each calendar month.

Consulting Fee.
