Consultant’s Retainer. During the Engagement, the Client will pay to the Consultant the Consultant’s fees at the rate advised by the Client within this proposal (or such other rate as may from time to time be agreed between the parties). Hours under or over worked within the agreed time will be accrued and detailed on each monthly invoice.

Related to Consultant’s Retainer

  • Retainer 1.1.1. COUNTY does hereby retain A-E to perform the PROJECTS/SERVICES as required by this CONTRACT.

  • Director Compensation Petitioner shall not compensate members of the Charter School’s Governing Board in excess of reasonable expenses incurred in connection with actual attendance at board meetings or with performance of duties associated therewith.

  • Compensation for Consulting Services For each quarter (i.e., three-month period) that Executive provides consulting services to MediciNova pursuant to the option of MediciNova contained in Section 9 above, MediciNova shall pay Executive a sum equal to fifteen percent (15%) of Executive’s annual Base Compensation which shall be applicable at the time of Executive’s termination of employment with MediciNova (prorated for any period of less than a quarter). The parties expressly agree that when Executive is performing consulting services for MediciNova, Executive is acting as an independent contractor. Therefore, Executive shall be solely liable for Social Security and income taxes that result from Executive’s compensation as a consultant. In addition, Executive shall not be entitled to any other benefits including, without limitation, such group medical, life and disability insurance and other benefits as may be provided to employees and/or executives of MediciNova.

  • Consulting Compensation In consideration for the services to be provided by the Consultant pursuant to Section 1, above, the Consultant shall be compensated as follows:

  • Director's Fees Directors' fees and other similar payments derived by a resident of a Contracting State in his capacity as a member of the board of directors of a company which is a resident of the other Contracting State may be taxed in that other State.

  • EMPLOYEE DIRECTORS STOCK OPTIONS for a total of __________ shares of Common Stock of Osage Bancshares, Inc.
